- All returned items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging, tags, and receipts.
- Used items, including fitness equipment, accessories, or apparel that have been worn or opened, may not be eligible for a return unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or memberships
- Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless otherwise specified)
3. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Email our customer service team at infohypefit5@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and receipts. Make sure to clearly write the RA number on the return package.

Ship the Item Back: Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
